A man has been stabbed at a house in Uphill this morning (Thursday).

Avon and Somerset police were called out to a report of a stabbing at a house in Thornbury Road at 5am.

The man’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing at this time.

The house has been cordoned off this morning while police investigate.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary has confirmed enquiries are ongoing.
