STAFF from a Weston massage parlour are cruising around the seafront offering men a free lift and a can of beer for their services.Staff from Emmanuelle's in Baker Street are driving around and approaching men in cars on Friday and Saturday nights touting for business. The two ladies hand out leaflets to men advertising a £45 all-inclusive massage and free can of beer on arrival.Men are offered lifts to the massage parlour to get them to visit.Restaurant and bar owner Chris Kimitri said: "What they're doing is not nice and you don't want to have it in your face."I'm sure that a lot of seafront businesses are upset that this is happening on their doorstep."If people want to go to these places they know where they are they don't need a lift or need a flyer."Planning officers at North Somerset Council have told the massage parlour to close.Bosses at the parlour were refused planning permission for a change of use from a dog grooming parlour.Any breach of enforcement action could result in one-off or daily fines of up to £20,000.The parlour's owner has until October 23 to lodge an appeal for the enforcement notice and has not done so as yet.Sgt Dave Holtby said officers would consider applying for an antisocial behaviour order if the cruising continued.The manager of Emmanuelle's was contacted and declined to comment.
