AS IF it is not enough that the internationally-renowned street artist Banksy has opened his new Dismaland show in Weston-super-Mare, he is bringing musical giants Massive Attack with him.
After weeks of speculation and hearsay, the Mercury officially revealed Banksy has created a pop-up exhibit in the Tropicana.
For weeks, the fantastic exhibition was kept under wraps and Banksy’s managers told the media the area was being used as a set for a Hollywood film.
But now, the Mercury can reveal the anarchic art exhibition will not just house installations and galleries, but will also be transformed into a music venue.
There will be set every Friday throughout the six-week exhibition, with Massive Attack set to perform on one of the evenings.
The other Friday night events will include comedy night, DJ Yoda and other big names.
