A REVOLUTIONARY way of getting from one end of the swimming pool to the other has been discovered at a leisure centre in North Somerset.
Hutton Moor Leisure Centre is the first to try out Waterwalkerz, an inflated plastic ball that allows a person inside to 'walk on water'.
Chris Geary, a lifeguard at the centre in Hutton Moor Road, took one of the balls for a test run.
He said: "The Waterwalkerz were a new and a better idea of fun.
Centre manager Richard Green said: "As soon as we inflated the ball on the poolside there was immediate interest and everyone stopped to watch, and the children all begged to have a go."
