ONE of the country’s biggest model air shows will return to North Somerset next month.

The 20th Woodspring Wings show will be held at the Woodspring Wings club model airfield off Moor Road in Yatton on July 7 and 8.

Members of various clubs will be doing flying displays while there will also be stalls, a model railway and food and drink.

Woodspring Wings chairman Warren Smyth said: “The show is set to be even bigger and better than previous years, with exciting displays and fun for the whole family.

“The show has grown in popularity over the years not only in the model aircraft community but also in the local area.

“Even if you don’t know much about model aircrafts it’s a fun day with displays, stalls, food and drinks and if the weather’s good it’s going to be fantastic.”

Tickets are priced £4-8, and are available from www.woodspringwings.co.uk
