FANS of model railways will be in their element this weekend as a second show is being held in Weston-super-Mare this year due to popular demand.

The Late Summer Model Railway Show, which is being held at The Campus in Highlands Lane, is the biggest one-day show in the South West and will have at least 25 working layouts.

Profits from the event will go to The Castle Kids Club and Weston Hospicecare.

It will take place on Sunday from 10am-4.30pm and entry will cost £2 for children, £6 for seniors, £6.50 for adults or £15 for families. It is a disabled-friendly venue and light refreshments will be available.
