Rockets, planes, helicopters and even super heroes will feature when North Somerset Model Show returns to Weston-super-Mare’s Helicopter Museum on July 9.
The award-winning scale model show will see the aviation museum’s hangars filled to the brim with creations of all shapes and sizes, plus stalls and experts offering tips and advice to budding modellers.
The 2017 event will also feature a large, working model railway circuit, while there will also be demonstrations and competitions, plus open cockpits and a flight simulator among the full-size attractions.
Museum manager Lee Mills said: “There will be a myriad of models on display, ranging from space rockets and wartime vehicles to super heroes and of course aeroplanes and helicopters.
“And of course all the displays will be set against the dramatic backdrop of the full sized aircraft in our collection.”
The event will run from 10am-5.30pm, and museum entry prices – at £4.50-7.50 – will apply.
