The first phase of a radical overhaul of Weston’s Town Square is due to be completed by March – as diggers could be seen dumping mud piles all over the site this week.
The square will be home to a new water feature, Mediterranean-style planting, new lighting and a more open feel once its redevelopment is complete.
The work is being carried out by North Somerset Council in three phases, with the first one being started on January 3.
