AN ADVENTUROUS mum-of-two jumped 13,000ft from an aeroplane to raise hundreds of pounds for charity.
Lindsay Cutts, of Winscombe, took on the extreme challenge of skydiving for South West downs syndrome group, Ups and Downs.
The 25-year-old, of Homefield Close, said the charity has helped support her one-year-old daughter, Josephine, who has downs syndrome and has been a great assistance.
The former Churchill Community School pupil said a quiz night and raffle, held at the Winscombe Legion Club, was also a big hit and raised £425.
She said: “Doing the sky dive was amazing and I am grateful to everyone who helped me raise the money, especially those who helped with the quiz.”
A total of £1,381 was raised for the charity which aims to enrich the lives of people with downs syndrome and their families by providing a network of resources.
