A WORLE mother’s chemotherapy treatment may have contributed to her death, an inquest has heard.

Linda Solomon had just finished her course of medication for breast cancer when her son Darren found her dead in her Pelican Close home in Mead Vale on August 26 this year.

The 61-year-old, who was born in Weston, also showed signs of mild heart disease during a post-mortem following her death.

Deputy assistant coroner Terence Moore ruled at her inquest at Flax Bourton Coroners Court on Tuesday she had died of natural causes.

He said that she had died of heart disease, which could have been exacerbated by her chemotherapy treatment.
