Museum store could be turned into flats

THE former store at Weston Museum could be turned into two flats if a planning application is approved.
Michael Halani has applied to North Somerset Council to develop the store, which used to be part of the North Somerset Museum and was not transferred to Weston Town Council’s management when the authorities struck a deal last year.
The flats at the Burlington Street site would both have three bedrooms.
The authority is expected to make a decision on the application by October 11.
