New beer to celebrate Banksy

A WESTON pub is selling a new, locally-produced ale which has been brewed to celebrate Banksy and his friends coming to town.
The Criterion in Upper Church Road is stocking a new Dismaland-themed brew, dubbed Dismalale, for a limited time.
The drink was made by Wrington brewery Twisted Oak exclusively for the pub and its sister pub, The Waverley, to celebrate the Banksy exhibition at the Tropicana.
Waverley manger Abi Derham said: “It is selling quite well at the moment, we will keep it on as long as it sells.
“It is a 4.6 per cent ale, it is light, fruity and hoppy with a nutty finish.
“It is a medium colour, a little on the darker side but not really dark by any means.
“So if you’re feeling down, come and get in a round.”
The Waverley, in Severn Road, will also be stocking the beer this week.
The beer is being sold at the same cost as other guest ales.
