A BLUEPRINT detailing how North Somerset should be developed in the future has finally been rubber stamped.The North Somerset Replacement Local Plan (RLP) was adopted on March 30 and is part of the development framework for the district and affects all aspects of planning across the area.The replacement documents can be seen at www.n-somerset.gov.uk/Environment/ Planning+Policy/Replacement+Local+Plan/North Somerset Council assistant director of development and environment Karuna Tharmananthar said: "We have carried out an enormous amount of work to develop this replacement local plan."As a result we have a comprehensive framework for development across the district which clearly sets out our policies and proposals for the period to 2011."For more information on the RLP contact 01275 888545.
