The NHS is looking for a provider to run a health centre in Weston-super-Mare.

The Locality Health Centre, in the For All Healthy Living Centre on the Bournville estate, needs a new provider.

This is because the current contract will come to an end this October.

Patients are being asked for their views to shape future services at the practice.

Their responses will help to ensure the centre’s services continue to meet the long-term demands of the population.

Dr Jon Hayes, chairman of the clinical commissioning group for North Somerset, said: “We are absolutely committed to ensuring patients at the Locality Health Centre get the best quality services.

“The more patients who take part in the survey means that services will reflect local needs a lot closer.”

The survey can be completed at the health centre or online at www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/4789f555
