A NEW shop has sprung up on Worle High Street.

A NEW shop has sprung up on Worle High Street.

The South West Interiors and Fittings (Swift Ltd) outlet is selling kitchen, bathrooms and other domestic appliances at the Golden Lion pub end of the road.

The business is the brainchild of Sandy Bentley and father and son duo Ian and Robert Abbott.

Ian is a qualified kitchen fitter and has worked freelance across the area for many years.

Sandy, who has worked for DIY and kitchen specialists, said: "We decided to take the opportunity to utilise the great glass-fronted shop as Worle High Street seems to be regenerating and becoming up-and-coming."

The business can also supply qualified workmen, including plumbers and electricians, who can fit kitchens and bathrooms bought elsewhere.
