A WESTON nightclub boss was found not guilty of three charges of rape at Bristol Crown Court
A WESTON nightclub boss was found not guilty of three charges of rape at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday.
The jury panel, made up of four men and eight women, took five-and-a-half hours to deliver their verdict.
Kiem Mu, aged 34, of Banwell Road, was also found not guilty of intimidating a witness, but he was sentenced to four months in prison for perverting the course of justice after he made a phone call to his brother on the night of his arrest, asking him to get the complainant to drop the charges.
As Mr Mu had already spent 81 days in custody after he was charged with the offences in November last year, he walked free on Thursday.
