WATER supplies to homes in North Somerset and Sedgemoor are not expected to dry up this summer.Bristol Water says levels at its reservoirs are higher than this time last year despite bans on excessive water use being put in place in other parts of the country.A company spokesman said: "Cheddar Reservoir is about 90 per cent full at the moment so there are no risks of hosepipe bans or water shortages."The reservoirs were not used much in the winter because we have been able to pump water from the River Severn. We are quite lucky in that respect."We are still encouraging people to use water sensibly during the summer though.
