WORLE Community Association welcomed back old members and greeted new ones at its annual general meeting.
The group, which gets together in the community centre off Lawrence Road, voted to re-elect Joan Thompson as chairman. The new vice-chairman will be Pat Bignell and Councillor Lisa Pilgrim will now take on the role of treasurer.
Former vice-chairman Jenny Gosden will now take on two jobs as both secretary and minute secretary.
Pete Curran, Brenda Creed and Janet Bowen will remain as health and safety officers and all general members were also voted back into the group.
The new role of president of the community centre was created and awarded to Phillip Press of Avenue Dry Cleaners.
