Bosses of a controversial massage parlour have described their business as a 'relaxation centre' to council planners.The owners of Emmanuelles in Baker Street, Weston, gave the description in a retrospective planning application to North Somerset Council.The council forced the owners to make the application after the parlour opened in April without planning permission.The Weston Mercury understands the application is incomplete and further information is needed before it can be considered.
