A 300-signature petition calling for it to be closed down has been given to the council's planning department.Council chiefs have also served a planning contravention order on the owners demanding more information about the business.A council spokesman said: "This will help us make a decision on the application when it is submitted. "We are also getting more information from local residents regarding the impact of the business in terms of noise and number of customers.
