AN ENTERPRISING dad has come up with a scheme to literally make money out of thin air by flogging bags of fresh air and party atmosphere on the internet.Martin Papworth, of Hillside Gardens, Weston, is offering cyber shoppers the chance to snap up some genuine party atmosphere for £100 a bag on an online auction website. The father-of-two says the sacks of festive fun, which are up for sale on www.15minutesauction.com, have been captured using the latest methods from genuine parties. Martin, aged 27, is also selling seaside breezes, fresh air to take on to planes and bags of inflation air as accessories for sports balls. On the eBay-type site, he explains 'overheads are minimal, supply plentiful and demand high. In fact, I would go as far to say all my customers cannot live without air'.So far, Martin, a sports development officer for the Youth Sports Trust, has received just one bid of £1.20 for his lightweight product. He said: "The idea is tongue in cheek and any money I make will be donated to Children in Need. The website charges to sell things but was offering a £50 credit for anyone who put five items on sale. I came up with idea of air-bags because they seemed like the easiest things to find."A spokesman for 15minutesauction.com said: "We think Martin has hit on a brilliant idea. Buying and selling air could really catch on and we wish him the best of luck with his business venture.
