A NAILSEA pensioner has received a police caution after being caught trying to have sex with a cow.The 67-year-old man, who has not been named but is from Nailsea, was spotted acting suspiciously in a field off The Causeway at 6.45am on Bank Holiday Sunday.A member of the public alerted the police after spotting the man 'behaving strangely' in the field.When police arrived they found the man stood on a small set of steps, trying to have intercourse with the cow.The man received an official police caution.It is believed the cow was shocked, but otherwise unhurt.Avon and Somerset Police spokesman Wayne Baker said: "A 67-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempting to have intercourse with an animal."The arrest followed an incident in the Leigh Wood Drive area of Nailsea on May 28."He was cautioned and later released.
