Pirates invade Burnham beach

EYE patches and bandanas were donned and silver swords brandished for a pirate-themed family fun day.

Hordes of mini-pirates, complete with gold earrings and braided beards, flocked to Burnham beach with their families for a day of games and sport.

There was also a fancy dress competition for the best dressed shipmate, face painting and bubble making.
