North Somerset Council's west area committee, which decides on controversial or major proposals, will consider it at its meeting.
Plans involve demolishing part of a nursing home and outbuildings at the back of 24 Clarence Road South and 110 to 112 Walliscote Road, replacing them with five two-bedroomed flats.
