A PLEDGE to deliver excellent services to tenants during improvements to their homes has been signed by five partners including North Somerset Council.
A five-year programme of repairs, maintenance and improvements worth £48.5million has recently commenced on properties owned by the independent housing association which owns and manages 6,100 properties across the district.
The charter has been drawn up with partners who work with the association and include Connaught Partnerships Ltd, Gas World Ltd, PH Jones Ltd and Quadron Services Ltd.
The charter pledges to achieve clear communications, excellent customer satisfaction, environmental sustainability, local training and efficiency.
