Police investigating abandoned car found in ditch

Police are trying to locate the owner of a car which overturned into a ditch this morning (Tuesday).

At around 7.54pm, officers were called to the incident in Harp Road in Brent Knoll.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Constabulary told the Mercury: “We found the car was empty when we arrived at the scene. We are in the process of trying to locate the owner and our investigation is ongoing.”
