TWO schoolchildren from Weston will have their pictures turned into postcards and sold across the town as part of Weston Lifeboat Week.
Ola Padzan, aged seven, and Njaliwe Ungwe, aged nine, are the winners of the Design a Postcard Competition sponsored by the Mercury.
The drawings by the Corpus Christi Primary School pupils were chosen by artist Rosie Smith as winners.
The pictures will now be professionally printed and sold across the area to help raise money for the RNLI charity.
The runners up in the competition were Ashleigh Tomy and Grace Johnson, both aged six, Bethan Jamieson, aged 11, and 10-year-old Sophia Weston.
Prizes will be awarded for each category at the RNLI Weston Open Day, at Anchor Head on August 7.
