A CAMPAIGN warning people to take care at night has been launched in Mead Vale following an attack on a young girl.Members of the area's local action team (LAT) are asking for witnesses to come forward after the 14-year-old had her purse and mobile phone stolen as she was walking near the shops. LAT chairman Ann Whithers said: "We are putting posters up because it is not right that people think they can make easy money stealing. "If they need money they should go and get a job."The posters are appealing for anyone who saw the incident take place, at about 10pm on January 26, to come forward.
