STAFF and pupils from a Backwell pre-school celebrated the grand unveiling of their new building.Meadowside Pre-school has revamped an old classroom at West Leigh Infant School and set up camp.The 45-year-old group previously met at the village's scout hut, but were given free reign by the school, in Westfield Drive, to do up a former classroom.The pre-school's new base has been named after much-loved teacher, Marie Sutor, from West Leigh School who died of cancer last year.Marie's family turned up to the event to unveil a plaque in her memory, before the children cut the ribbon to their new home.
