Claire Henderson and Mike Flaun of The Observatory in Becket Road, have won a top national gong.
The pair scooped the Best Community Pub award at the Marston's Pub Company final.
More than 240 licensees turned up to the glittering ceremony at Alton Towers in Staffordshire.
Judges praised Claire and Mike's 'friendly staff who bring real life and character to the pub' and The Observatory's involvement in the community.
Claire said: "We were absolutely delighted to win the award. It is really satisfying to see all our hard work recognised and will motivate us to keep delivering the highest standards in our pub."
