The developer behind a 118-home development in a North Somerset village will hold a public consultation next week to outline its plans.

Strongvox Homes has outline planning permission to build in Sandford to the north of Greenhill Road, and will hold an exhibition to showcase more detailed plans for the development.

The drop-in session will take place on February 3 from 4-7pm at Sandford Village Hall, in Greenhill Road.

A spokesman for the developer said: “Since permission was granted, Strongvox has been preparing detailed plans for this site and is holding a public exhibition to showcase these proposals.”
