9.15am. 18.09.07- A WOMAN had her purse stolen while taking holy communion in Weston. The victim was worshipping in Corpus Christi Church in Ellenborough Park South when the purse was taken by an unknown offender from the woman s bag.
A WOMAN had her purse stolen while taking holy communion in Weston.
The victim was worshipping in Corpus Christi Church in Ellenborough Park South when the purse was taken by an unknown offender from the woman's bag.
The thief made off with a driving licence, cards and some money.
The offender is described as a white man, aged about 40, 6ft 2ins tall with a medium build and short, black curly hair which was messy in appearance.
He looked 'scruffy' and was wearing a white sweater with black horizontal stripes and carrying a woollen hat.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or might know the offender involved.
