A North Somerset tourist attraction is preparing for a week of spooky family activities this month.

Puxton Park is hosting Fright Fest from October 23-27, with a jam-packed schedule of events offering guests the chance to get up close and personal with a range of creepy creatures.

The park will host a spooky disco on October 23, which will feature snakes, spiders and scorpions, and a range of challenges, games and shows will be held on October 24.

Crocodiles Of The World will host an exhibition on October 25, and Puxton’s own animal keepers will offer snake and bug shows from October 26-27.

Puxton Park manager Phil Payne said: “We have a whole host of creepy critters visiting Puxton Park for our half term fun, plus a range of Halloween craft activities including pumpkin painting and a pumpkin trail for some frightful fun.”
