Puxton Park hosted a range of children’s activities over the school break, with the highlight of the week a showcase of crocodiles and other reptiles which drew a big crowd.

Guests at the park flocked to the park’s new adventure barn auditorium to claim one of the sought-after seats to get the best view of the animals on show.

Crocodiles of the World, the only dedicated crocodile sanctuary in the country, hosted an exhibition of reptiles which left many children wowed and amazed at the sight of the creatures.

Experts were on hand from the crocodile sanctuary to offer their expertise and teach the audience about the different animals.

People interested in animals of a more cuddly variety enjoyed a showcase of rabbits and guinea pigs at the park later in the week.
