THE temperature may have dropped but that has not stopped regular contributors going out and about to capture some stunning images of Weston-super-Mare in recent weeks.

This week’s iwitness star has been Artur Szczeszek who submitted various images from across North Somerset, with his pictures of Marine Lake proving a highlight on the site.

Another person who often sends in high-quality snaps to iwitness is Robin Ballard and once again he did not disappoint.

His photographs of flowers and butterflies added a well-needed splash of colour to some otherwise winter-themed shots of North Somerset this week.

As always animal shots stole the show and this week squirrels and swans were the subject of Weston’s wildlife photographers.
