The autumn chills have well and truly arrived in Weston but it has not stopped the town's talented photographers capturing some of North Somerset's finest scenery.

Nick Page Hayman captured a wonderful image of the sunrise at Knightstone and Steve Britton took a stunning shot of the sunset at Weston seafront.

Also in this week’s spread is a colourful image of the fireworks at the Grand Pier, ahead of next week’s bonfire night celebrations.

Wendy Elson captured the display and one of her best images makes it into this week’s paper.

Mike Jerrett made his way to Cheddar Gorge and his stunning shot was one of the best he submitted this week.

Will Taylor also captured an excellent picture of Ashcombe Park.

The range of colours really does show all North Somerset has to offer in terms of scenery – even if it may be cold.
