Weston-super-Mare has been battered by wind and rain over the past few weeks but it has also been blessed with warm weather and sunshine.

Photographers braved the changing weather conditions to capture the town in all its glory.

Terry Kelly spotted some adrenaline seekers on the seafront who took advantage of the wind and high tide by heading out to sea to catch some waves.

The waves were almost as tall as buildings as sea spray battered Knightstone Island last week.

Steve Britton could not resist taking an action shot of the sea crashing up against the coast.

However, despite the dark and cold weather, people in the town have still been treated to beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Kerri Evans snapped a picture of Weston seafront just as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting rich reds and luscious oranges across the night sky.
