Weston’s photographers were out in force enjoying the winter sun and some wonderful images were submitted to the iwitness site.

Ian Squire witnessed a sparrowhawk guarding its prey before taking it off to a quieter location.

Meanwhile, Mike Jerrett was also quick with his camera when he saw some frogs enjoying a moment of sunshine, while Liz Brady caught a swan enjoying a break from swimming and having a snooze.

Corin Spinks took a stunning shot of Weston’s Grand Pier at low tide and also managed to capture the town’s crumbling Birnbeck Pier from behind some rocks.

Paul Cowles was busy taking several photos from around the town. He captured a gorgeous sunset at Anchor Head and an excellent image of the Grand Pier, also at low tide.
