WESTON'S teenage disk spinner DJ Jack Hill is releasing a new single, and hopes to add a new world record to his collection.

The 12-year-old, who currently holds five world records, has released his debut single which he produced himself.

He also wants to become the world’s youngest record producer, and has submitted an application to both the Guinness Book of Records and the World Records Academy.

The Hans Price Academy student, of Upper Church Road, became the world’s youngest DJ when aged seven, and has also won records for being the youngest club DJ, male radio presenter, youngest DJ to mix 10 songs in a minute and the world’s most successful young DJ.

His dubstep-style single, Club DJ, is available on his website now, and will be available on iTunes in mid-January.

His dad, Bob, said: “He has released it because he wants to pursue a career in Music and become a full time radio presenter, club DJ and producer when he’s older,

“He has always wanted to make his own song.”
