THE world famous Red Arrows will be flying over Weston later this month during a day of air displays and fun on the ground.

The free Weston Air Day will see several aeroplanes including the Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster from the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight, as well as the RAF Parachute Team and a host of other special display teams taking to the skies.

There will also be the chance to win a helicopter ride for four people through North Somerset Council’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.

There will be static helicopter displays, activities for children, funfair rides, trade stands and refreshments.
