Weston Town Council's Water Park

The water park on Weston-super-Mare’s seafront has undergone a makeover in time for this year’s summer season.

The Weston Town Council-owned play area now has a new refreshment kiosk with indoor and outdoor seating. It will be open every day during the summer.

The town council decided to award the concession of the cabin to Clare Morris of Coco’s – a deli in Regent Street.

The menu includes gluten free and dairy free options to cater for those with allergies and dietary restrictions.

The park is also home to new changing facilities to avoid people using the toilet as a changing room, which had caused queues at busy times.

There are now four cubicles for changing, which have saloon-style doors and no roof to discourage rough sleepers.
