WATER MAIN: A £1.3million project to replace a water main in Somerset is on track despite delays caused by the recent stormy weather, Bristol Water has revealed.

More than 1.5km of the pipeline has now been replaced as part of the essential works.

The new section is being laid through farmland in Axbridge.

The only work remaining is pipe running from Cross Moor Drove to Cheddar Reservoir.
