A PROMINENT Weston businessman has big plans for a village restaurant he has just taken over.Dimitris Dimitriou has bought the Old Hall Restaurant in Uphill Way, Uphill, and will be revamping the business over the next six weeks. The facelift will involve an overhaul of the restaurant, which will be expanded to seat 70, a new kitchen and a function room.Mr Dimitriou, who also owns Dimitris Taverna in Gloucester Street, Weston, said the restaurant will provide a range of Greek, Italian, French and English food.It is hoped Dimitris Bistro, which will also have guest rooms above it, will open by the end of July.
