AROUND 20 cyclists enjoyed a family day out riding around the Somerset Levels while helping endangered wildlife.
The Willows and Romans Ride, in aid of Secret World Wildlife Rescue centre in East Huntspill, is expected to have raised 2,000 and is now to be made an annual event.
The aim of the event was to make people more aware of wildlife while boosting funds for Secret World’s 4.4million wild animal hospital and education centre project.
