Roadworks to start near Bristol Airport

PUBLISHED: 13:30 15 June 2015

WORK to improve the A38 near Bristol Airport will begin tonight (Monday).

Improvements to the Silver Zone roundabout will be carried out overnight from 7pm-4am, in order to minimise disruption, and are expected to take five nights to complete.

Temporary traffic lights will be in place during the night works, but these will be taken down from 4am-7pm, when work is not in progress.

The £80,000 scheme is being carried out by Balfour Beatty on behalf of North Somerset Council.
