A REDUNDANT 100-year-old sawmill is set to be at the heart of a North Somerset village again.Ubley Sawmill, near Blagdon, used to employ 20 people but stopped being used five years ago when Somerlap Forest Products moved to larger premises at Mark.Now Ubley Sawmill is gearing up to employ even more workers after undergoing a revamp to create a business park.Leading computer company Exacta Technologies will be the first occupants of the new development after signing a 10-year lease for two units.The move will double the company's production and storage facilities.The company currently employs nine people, but will bring on board three more after the move to Ubley Sawmill.The new Ubley Sawmill business park, made up of five commercial units, is already home to a national building and civil engineering company Wrekin Construction.
