A WOMAN last seen in Weston is the subject of a nationwide police search following the discovery of the body of a baby in a bin bag.Police officers are trying to track down Angela Owen, who is known to go under several aliases - Ann Hall being the most popular.Miss Owen was living at a large mansion in West Yorkshire just before workmen renovating the home found a dead newborn baby boy in a black bin liner.She was believed to be resident at the address when the body was discovered almost a year ago but was last seen in Weston in June 2004, and may still be living in the town. She also goes by the names Carla Geissler and Helen Gee.She is white, 5ft 9ins tall, slim with blonde shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.Police have now stepped up their search on a national scale.A spokesman said: "It is almost a year since the discovery of the baby in Barkisland and we still need to speak to Angela Owen about the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the child. Therefore we are now appealing for Angela to make contact with us and for anyone who thinks they may have seen Angela or who knows where she is to also contact the police on 0845 6060606.
