Shipham Christmas bonanza
A CHRISTMAS bonanza will be held in Shipham this weekend. The annual fund-raising event for the preschool promises to be the biggest ever with more than 25 stalls and a Santa s Grotto in a Children s Christmas Kingdom.
A CHRISTMAS bonanza will be held in Shipham this weekend.
The annual fund-raising event for the preschool promises to be the biggest ever with more than 25 stalls and a Santa's Grotto in a Children's Christmas Kingdom.
Stalls include mini iced Christmas cakes, children's toys, decorations, wine and cards designed by pupil Emma Winby, aged five, who won a competition to draw and colour a Yuletide scene.
Proceeds from the event will go towards Shipham Preschool, which is a registered charity managed by parents on a voluntary basis. A donation will also be made to Avalon School for youngsters will learning difficulties in Street.

The event runs on Sunday from 2-6pm. Entry is £1.50 for adults and free for children.
