Retailer Timpson looks set to move into a food store’s car park after North Somerset Council approved plans for its build at the site.
The authority gave the application the go-ahead for Weston's Asda car park, in Phillips Road, in April.
Timpson owns 2,000 stores across the UK and Ireland and the unit is due to add to its portfolio of 119 Snappy Snaps' franchises.
The concession store will offer dry cleaning, shoe, phone and watch repair services as well as key-cutting, engraving and photo ID printing.
It is due to open seven days a week, 9am-6pm on weekdays and Saturdays, plus from 10am-4pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
The business was established in 1865 and has two stores in Weston, with one based in the town's High Street and another at supermarket chain Sainsbury's, in Queensway.
