Six injured on coach travelling to Weston

A COACH carrying 54 people overturned on the motorway while on its way to Weston today (Tues).

Six people, including a child, have sustained minor injuries with none expected to be life-threatening or life-changing.

The incident happened at around 10am at junction 13 on the M5, near Stroud.

The coach had come from Stourbridge and was on the way to Weston.

A child has been taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital and five adults taken to Southmead Hospital.

The driver of the coach has suspected back injuries and is one of the adults taken to Southmead.
